We can have a stress-free life and also accomplish great things in life. This course shows you how to make that happen. You will learn the secrets of how to make time management work for you; how to easily conquer stress in your personal and professional life; how to avoid burnout and how to manage difficult colleagues and bosses at work; how to improve your personal relationships so you can have a better quality of life.
This is a 12-week course. You will have 3 weeks – 3 modules of lessons and practical exercises every month. The fourth week of every month is a Q and A session where you can ask Dr. Reep any questions and any problems you face in implementing the strategies discussed during the previous 3 weeks. So, in total you will have nine modules of valuable strategies, tip and tactics for eliminating stress and 3 Q and A sessions to really get the MOST BENEFIT out of the course.
The cost of the course is $249, if you pay for whole course in a single payment. If you need a monthly payment plan, it will be $100 per month, for a total of 3 installments.

Module 1: Where Does Your Stress Come From? Why Do You Stress?

The first module in the course starts out with a stress assessment. That score becomes the baseline for the rest of the course. This module looks at the sources of stress in the world today and what to do about it. You will also take a personality test which will show the stresses that are unique to you and your personality type. Both of these provide the framework for the rest of the course to help you deal with, as well as dramatically reduce stress.
Time Management and Stress

Module 2: Time Management and Stress

This module will look at the myth of managing time. Time is not in your control. You can and should manage goals and manage energy, not time. The module will address how to have a stress free day and accomplish more things than you normally do in the same amount of time but under stress. Strategies for effective communication, delegation and management will be discussed through case studies.
Success and Stress

Module 3: Success and Stress

Failure and success both have their own pitfalls in the stress they create, and the health consequences that stem from it. You will examine the psychological toll it takes in failure and in success, and find out what is right for you and how to carve out a path of life management. This is a more powerful path than the traditional stress management path, because it is designed with your life and your speed in mind.

This module explores the stresses in personal relationship from marriage, children, new business ventures, etc. and shows how to navigate the stressful waters and come out ahead. Many case studies will be used to provide practical applications in understanding and creating some positive changes.

Divorce is one of the most stressful times of one’s life. The chance of getting divorced today is 50%. So, this module specifically addresses the issues of stress in marriage dissolution, children, custody battles, remarriages and extended families and how to deal with stress in very trying times and come out intact, and continue to thrive.

Module 7: Strategies for Stress Management in Personal Life

This module deals with a variety of interpersonal communication problems and solutions to dealing with difficult people in your life. Some handle them well, while many are affected by it and their work performance or their motivation levels drop. This module provides some surprising solutions that are easy to implement and provide greater sense of control over the annoyances in your life.

We spend a significant portion of our day at work. So, not surprisingly many of our stresses come from the work environment. Ego-maniac bosses, authoritative personalities and work bureaucracies drive most people to stress and anxiety, and sometimes even to depression. Constantly changing rules add to the frustrations at work. This module provides some strategies to deal with these real life problems.

Many of us have experienced the irritation, overwhelm and stress that comes from the inconsiderate colleagues, or annoying habits of our officemates, not to mention the “office politics” and whose side you are on etc. These are some of the issues of the everyday workplace, which have nothing to do with work itself but dramatically affect the performance at work.

Module 11: Strategies for People Management and Stress Management

This final module ties everything together and provides a general set of strategies and coping mechanisms to stamp-out- stress in your life. It also looks at the visible and invisible costs of stress and why it should not be ignored or dismissed.
