We are all looking for Work-Life Balance in our lives. Today most of us spend so much time making a living that we hardly have any time left to do the LIVING. This has to change because it is affecting the quality of the lives we lead, and is resulting in a lot of stress, frustration and decreased health. Today, the laptop lifestyle and the globalization of workforce have made it impossible to get away from work. It is expected that we be available 24/7. This creates enormous strain on our physical and emotional health. This course will show you how to avid burnout, how to get a perspective on life, regain the joy and happiness in living a satisfied and contented life and also make a difference in the world.
This is a 12-week course. You will have 3 weeks – 3 modules of lessons and practical exercises every month. The fourth week of every month is a Q and A session where you can ask Dr. Reep any questions and any problems you face in implementing the strategies discussed during the previous 3 weeks. So, in total you will have nine modules of valuable strategies, tip and tactics for eliminating stress and 3 Q and A sessions to really get the MOST BENEFIT out of the course.
The cost of the course is $249, if you pay for whole course in a single payment. If you need a monthly payment plan, it will be $100 per month, for a total of 3 installments.

Module 2: How to Discover My Mission and Passion in Life

What is missing from your life right now?What is making the quality of your life dramatically lower and how can you stop the downward slide? How can you bring the excitement, enthusiasm and passion into your life? How can you make life worth living? This module explores these issues and points to some directions of action to make changes in your life. You will have an opportunity to do a deep-dive into your own life goals and dreams here.

Module 3: Will Work-Life Balance Work for Me?

This module addresses the questions: What is in it for me? What will it help me live better, healthier and happier? How can I get back on track when I feel like I want to get off this merry-go- round altogether? This module addresses the need for, and the benefits of living a balanced life. It shows you how to align your life’s goals with the way you live and work. It sets the framework for you to begin to re-align your life with the exercise you did in module 2.

This module shows some case studies of work place and how today’s work environment is robbing you of the balance you need. It shows what is wrong with the work environment and how you can change it. You will be given opportunities to look at your work environment and apply the models to come up with better alignment with your life’s goals.
